1. What This Platform Does

Stedda ("the Platform") auto-generates multi-page websites using publicly available information and artificial intelligence. These websites are created about real people, businesses, and organizations without requiring their prior consent.

We auto-generate websites using publicly available information. If you are the subject of an auto-generated site, you may claim it or request its removal at any time.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account to claim and manage a generated website. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Claiming a Site

If you are the subject of a generated website (or an authorized representative), you may submit a claim request. Claims are reviewed by our team. Once approved, you gain full editing access to the site content and can connect a custom domain.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false claim requests or impersonate others
• Upload malicious content, malware, or spam
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape or bulk-download content from the platform
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm others

5. Content Ownership

AI-generated content on unclaimed sites is owned by the Platform. Once you claim a site, you own the content you create or modify. The Platform retains the right to host and display your site as part of the service.

Content you upload (photos, documents, logos) remains your property. By uploading, you grant the Platform permission to host and display it as part of your site.

6. Removal Requests

If you are the subject of an auto-generated site and wish it removed, you may submit a removal request. We commit to processing removal requests within 24 hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: inaccuracies in AI-generated content, service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions.

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of auto-generated information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
